Prohibitions:

 

● Troll = show insolent, offensive or provocative.

● Anti-gambling = deliberately degrades the game experience of others.

● No RP = play by not complying with the play role rules.

● Theft of stuff = stealing business outside of a heist.

● Detention or use of prohibited material 

● Grievance = Destroy the structures or vehicles on the servers.

● Freekill/Carkill = that is to say kill someone for no good reason or for vengeance.

● Insults = carry offensive words against someone.

● Using game fault = exploiting a game flaw to cheat on the game

 

 

Roleplay Rules:

 

● Prohibition on building buildings (e.g. private garages).

● Turrets (of any type) are prohibited for civilians.

● Airdrops are forbidden to civilians (under penalty of ban), they are reserved for both groups.

● No robbery/control as a civilian.

● Civilians may possess weapons, but they will be subject to control by law enforcement.

● If you do not have a microphone, speak close to you using the chat [discord]

● By car, drive to the right and follow the road code, do not block traffic. Park your vehicles properly.

● When your face is masked, your identity is also hidden. However be careful, this can make you suspicious.

● When you are a victim of a violation of the rules (Freekill, No-RP etc...), clearly state your problem in the chat by quoting the name of the person who committed the offence.

● On foot, walk on the sidewalks, cross the pedestrian walkways, do not block the passage of the vehicles. In the event of an accident, if you do not comply with these rules, the driver will not be responsible.

● Civilians are not entitled to armoured vehicles.

● It is forbidden to enter the base of an official group without the authorization of one of its members or of the staff. This would be considered as an act of anti-gambling and No-RP.

● The "métagaming" (using information that you are not supposed to know) is strictly forbidden. It is considered as an anti-game and No-RP Act.

● To steal vehicles:-You have to put [theft of (vehicle name) (vehicle color)] into the chat [discord]-You can enter the open cars as long as you follow the first rule. -Make sure that the owner is absent or not attentive, you must steal the vehicle discreetly, or it can be considered as No RP. -Ban on the theft of public service vehicles (police, doctor, Coalition, gendarmerie). This would be considered an act of grievance.

● When you are a victim of a robbery:-You can defend yourself against your attackers, but this can lead you to be killed by the robbers. Only the victim (s) of the robbery have the right to attack the robbers during the robbery. -however trying to flee is possible at your own risk. -If you get shot by the robbers, they are allowed to use in your stuff as during a robbery. Respect the obligations you carry (handcuffed, communications cut, no more moving)

● When you are the victim of control of the Law enforcement: prohibition of retaliation. -however trying to flee is possible at your own risk. Respect the obligations you carry (handcuffed, communications cut, no more moving)

● During a conflict with the police:-When you are intentionally touched by a member of the law enforcement forces you are entitled to retaliate. -then watch the stuff of the dead for at least 3 minutes.

● To buy a building-the player must contact a confirmed moderator in game or on discord. -After 2 weeks the player will have to pay the house, if after this period the house is still not repaid, the House will be destroyed and bought again. -Players can only have one store/slot and one garage in their name (a player may not have a public garage if he already has a building with a garage). -The limit of coffers (= all structures with storage) on RP is now 4 for all tents and apartments, 6 for houses and 8 for all shops, farms and houses with floors. -The limit of studs on RP is now 1 for all houses and 2 for all shops, farms and houses with floors. -shops are strictly reserved for traders. -In case of a grievance, the protections and the coffers will be reimbursed, but not their contents. Except with evidence (screenshot dated vaults)

● To purchase a vehicle:-The player must contact a moderator in game or on discord. -The player must present himself with the sum sufficient to buy the desired vehicle.

For recruitment moderators/trades

● To become a moderator:-You need to be aware of the "moderation rules". -then you must submit an application on the forum in the section "become moderator" following the "model of request".

● For civilian trades:-players can only have one job at a time per server. -then you just have to add the name of the trade before your name in this way: [Craft] Name

For police/gendarme/military [recruitment on mandatory discord]: your rank [grade] is mandatory and must be in front of your nickname. -See the police/police regulations etc., available in the "Policemen's Rules" section

● For rebels/Mafia [recruitment on mandatory discord]: your rank [grade] is mandatory and must be in front of your nickname.

For requests on the Forum:

● To write a complaint-in case of offenses on the part of another player (Freekill, theft of stuff, etc...) Players can write a complaint on the forum in the section "Complaints against players/Modos"-this complaint will have to respect the model and contain evidence in order to be taken into account.

● For a refund request-claims must be made to a moderator or administrator and the player must have concrete supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots dated)

For any complaint: please call an in-game moderator (politely and without spam), on the discord (idem); or file your complaint on the forum in the section "Complaints against players/Modos" following the model given. No sanction will be made if you do not have proof. So think about taking a video, or photos on the button share (PS4) "during the action roleplay. For any reimbursement, please, once again, provide evidence, so consider taking regular "screenshots" of your inventory. No reimbursement will be made without proof.

 

– To use drug points, you just have to find them and pay attention to the police! – It is forbidden to disconnect on a drug point!

 

– If you are in a coma you can not talk. – In a coma you have 10 min for a doctor to intervene without which you oubliezl'intégralité the scene that led you to your coma – the coma is not a death RP. – During an assault, you must wait for the orders of your attacker (s) to call a paramedic or respawn. You must imperatively wait for someone in the hospital in case of respawn (unit X) If the doctor the police or your assailant requests it. – Respawn is prohibited when an ambulance driver is in town. – When a paramedic is involved in a PR scene and you need special care you must respect their decisions and play according to what they say. – A person who has been put in a coma in a shooting/firing exchange, whether police or civilian, will have to remain at Unit X for a duration of 5 minutes, by activating the "drunk" approach, you cannot leave by your own means.
